Standard print colours
Pick a background and the print colours your logo needs. Quote the codes when you send us your artwork. Custom Pantone colours outside this chart are available on request at extra cost.
Colours are printed reproductions and subject to commercial tolerance. Order a 40×60 cm sample if exact shade matters.
Cleaning instructions
Vacuum regularly: daily in high-traffic areas, weekly elsewhere. For heavy soil, clean with an extractor or hose it off. Hang to dry, and only put the mat back once it’s fully dry.
- Flush 2–3 min, medium water level, max 49°C
- Optional second flush, same settings
- Break 2–3 min, high water level, max 49°C
- Rinse 2 min, high water level, cold
- Rinse 2 min, high water level, cold
- Extract on low speed, 1–2 min
- Shake out with the drum turning, 1 min
- Extract, max 250G, 3–5 min
- Optional dry 5–10 min, basket max 82°C
- Cool down, 5 min
- Heavily soiled mats can go up to 60°C.
- Keep wash and rinse baths at pH 6–9.5; use low-pH non-ionic detergents.
- Never overdry. Dryer basket temperature must not exceed 82°C.
- If you skip the dryer, a final 49°C rinse cuts moisture retention after extraction.
- Lay flat straight out of the washer and let it cool before rolling.
Printing is on the fibres, not a flat surface. Very fine detail on small sizes (50×75 and under) shows slight softness. If your logo has thin lines, we’ll show you a simplified version in the preview before anything goes to print.
